Lutheran Home offers a dedicated 45-unit rehabilitation area separate from other service areas on the campus. The unit features all private rooms, which are fully decorated and furnished, in addition to common spaces for gatherings with other residents or family and friends. Each room also has a television and phone. Meals are enjoyed in a common dining area, when possible. Staffed by HealthReach, our rehabilitation services are provided by a skilled, personable, friendly staff. One staff member will be dedicated to you and your recovery during you entire stay. All residents are welcome to enjoy the activities and programs and take advantage of the many amenities offered at Lutheran Home. Lutheran Home also has easy access for visiting family and friends, centrally located in Wauwatosa, minutes from the expressway. (Get directions.) Lutheran Home is a member of LutheranLiving Services, a non-profit organization with an outstanding reputation of serving seniors for more than 100 years. LutheranLiving Services offers a variety of services including rehabilitation services. assisted living, specialized memory care assisted living, skilled nursing, adult day services, children’s center and hospice care. Pre-Admission for Scheduled Procedures For people who have scheduled elective orthopedic procedures such as hip, knee, and spinal surgeries, there is an easy way to set up your rehabilitation needs ahead of time. Why worry about the hassles of finding a place to recover after an orthopedic procedure? Lutheran Home offers pre-admission for people who would like to utilize our rehabilitation services.
